Posture, Balance, and Pain

I have, unfortunately, lost contact with Rita my pretty chiropractor friend from Brazil. Hopefully she has a busy health practice not too far away from New York. A few years ago, I interviewed her for my book Healthy Beauty concerning suggestions for avoiding chronic pain. Her simple approach links good posture, breathing, and yoga exercises to a healthy lifestyle that naturally reduces pain associated with misalignment.
