Track Your Shipment

Most orders placed with ChinaSprout are shipped via UPS. Simply fill in your order number and UPS will return the current status of your shipment. NOTE: Orders sent via the United States Postal Service (used for backorders, exchanges, deliveries to post office box addresses and addresses outside the Continental Unites States) cannot be tracked with this form.

Your Order Number (from your email confirmation):

FedEx tracking form. Simply fill in your shipment type and order number and FedEx will return the current status of your shipment. NOTE: Orders sent via the United States Postal Service (used for backorders, exchanges, deliveries to post office box addresses and addresses outside the Continental Unites States) cannot be tracked with this form. FedEx is only able to track shipments for 45 days after the package has been delivered.
