Everyday Chinese for Children CD-ROM, based on the contents of the Student Book, provides the teacher with multimedia instructional assistance. The CD-ROM, following the Student Book, includes these sections: Communicative Basic, Conversations, Scenes in Picture, Presentation, Chinese Rapping, and Story Time. The teacher can use the CD-ROM to introduce new language items, practice conversations, and apply what is learning in communicative situations. Students are also able to extend the learning from the classroom to home by the interactive CD-ROM. We believe that this well-designed CD-ROM will make the learning of Chinese more interesting and inspiring, at the same time help arouse students' enthusiasm for Chinese learning. Ages 9-12
