《幼儿园活动整合课程》以“多元智能”理论为理论基础，以“活动”“整合”为主要课程建构形式，力图体现整合性、活动性、趣味性、实用性、开放性。本套教材针对幼儿身心发展和教育的特殊性，在内容的安排方面，始终遵循“亲、静、乐”的原则，力求体现儿童教育的核心理念：为儿童营造亲情、安静和快乐的氛围；尊重儿童的天性、本能和潜质；关注托班儿童的生活、游戏盒适宜的教学；引导儿童的探索、体验、交往和表达。本套教材在考虑到老师和家长的需求，除了编写教师用书、幼儿用书之外，还设计了游戏本、亲子活动手册、配套的教学资源（教学大书、CD、DVD）。教师用书旨在帮助老师准备整合活动课程。该书正对课程重点，予以简要说明，并邀请老师一起进来，为教室中将诞生的课程注入属于自己的想法。
