The Excellent Chinese Picture Book Collection presents a series of children picture books illustrated by contemporary Chinese artists. These books are written by famous Chinese writers, such as Lao Shi, Ren Rongrong, Ke Yan, and more. Each work is original and accompanied by vivid watercolor paintings. The simplicity of the stories allow children to easily understand the contents while enjoying the illustrations. This collection has nine series. Series 1 is illustrated by Zhan Tong - a famous Chinese cartoonist, who took part in more than 40 cartoon films. Series 5 is illustrated by Wen Quanyuan, who created more than 60 children's picture books and focus on young children's story books. Series 6 is illustrated by Li Guoyi, her painting style is elegant. Whether her Figure or Flower and Bird paintings, all has her unique personal style. Series 7 is illustrated by Yang Yongqing, his paintings are full of warmth and love, reflect his superb artistic skills and deep cultural foundation. Series 8 is illustrated by Jiang Chengan, he is one of famous illustrators of children's books in China. Series 9 is illustrated by Chen Xunru, who specializes in watercolor painting and comics.
