At the end of Qing Dynasty, Empress Cixi tells the Primary Minister Li Hong Zhang to call on all the Kungfu masters to participate in a competition for the honor of Lion King of China. The film follows Zhao Tianba, a local hooligan who wishes to win the title. The film shows him fighting several fierce and exciting battles. It was released as one of the Follow Me in Chinese series with Chinese and English subtitles. It is available in Mandarin Chinese, and subtitled in both Chinese and English.
